TECHRULES, S.A. (hereafter TechRules), in accordance with applicable legislation regarding Protection of Personal Data, hereby discloses to all users of the www.mytadvisor.com web site (hereafter the Website) and the APP (hereafter the APP) the Data Privacy policies that it will apply in processing any personal data voluntarily provided by the Users at the time of access to the site and the APP.
The User, by facilitating its personal data through the Website and the APP and, where applicable, by marking the applicable acceptance box, expressly consents that TechRules shall be authorized to process such data in accordance with this Data Privacy clause, and for the purposes herein stated.
TechRules gives notice to the users of the Website and the APP that their personal data shall only be required for processing when adequate, pertinent and not excessive in relation to the scope and the legitimate, explicit and specific purposes for which they have been obtained. Purposes |
Collection and processing of personal data shall have the following purposes:

The User shall be the only party responsible for the veracity of the data provided to TechRules.

In the same manner, the user shall be entitled to revoke, at any moment, any authorization give for the processing of his data, notwithstanding the right of TechRules to terminate the affected contract or transaction in those cases where the said data are indispensable for the adequate development of the relationship.
For the processing of any written notice where the user requests the exercise of its right of objection, access, rectification and erasure with respect to its personal data in the terms provided in the Law, it shall do so through a letter accompanying a legible copy of ID card or any other valid means of identification, addressed to the Client Service Department at the address indicated above.
The user expressly authorizes TechRules, the use of its data in the offer and contracting of products and services, and for the development of marketing actions, whether of a general nature or customized to user’s personal characteristics. Such commercial actions may be carried out by email or through any other electronic means and shall in any case related to similar Techrules products or services to those initially contracted. Likewise, and notwithstanding the provisions regarding commercial communications by email or similar means, if a user does not wish to receive communications of a commercial nature by other means, it shall send an email to the following address: info@mytadvisor.com indicating name, ID card number or other valid identification document. In any event, the user shall be given the possibility of objecting to the treatment of data with commercial purposes in a simple and free manner in all commercial communications addressed to user.
User expressly authorizes the communication or transfer of the said data to the companies belonging to the TechRules group, which may be located within or outside the European Economic Space including countries which may not offer a level of protection equivalent to that which exists within such Space, with the same purpose as mentioned in the preceding paragraphs, including the sending of commercial communications by any means, including through email and other similar media, regarding TechRules products and services, in which case it shall send to such companies the express authorization for the use of email or similar means.
